Frugalpac, the recyclable packaging specialist, is starting 2019 in a new headquarters, home to its head office and engineering design centre.

Frugal House is on the west side of Ipswich is less than a mile from the A14, A12 and rail links.

“We managed the entire move over the new year holidays,” said Malcolm Waugh, Frugalpac CEO.

“Frugal House is an ideal base for the company at this stage of its growth, we’ve got office space plus a fully-equipped machine shop. It means that the business can continue to innovate and develop new products in-house.”

Frugalpac’s best known product, the Frugal Cup, is the only paper cup made from recycled paperboard that can be recycled as part of the mainstream waste process.

Frugal Cup is being manufactured at the Frugalpac’s Wrexham factory ready for UK launch at the end of January.
