Frugal Bottle launches in Paris at British Ambassador’s Residence

The first French Frugal Bottles on sale from La Bouteille Qui Cartonne on sale at Le Petit Ballon

A huge thank you to the British Embassy in Paris and the ambassador Menna Rawlings for inviting Frugalpac to showcase France’s first paper Frugal Bottle with La Bouteille Qui Cartonne at their King’s Birthday Party.

The first wine, which is available at Le Petit Ballon, is from Chateau Malijay and is a Mistral Gourmand 2021 Côtes du Rhône.

It’s the first paper bottle from French wine distributor Somewhere in Provence, which has invested in a new filling line and is offering contract bottling as France’s first filler of the Frugal Bottle – the world’s first paper bottle for wines and spirits.

Based in the south of France between Nice and Marseille, ‘Somewhere in Provence’ offers an exclusive Frugal Bottle filling service for drinks brands in France.

Running under the name ‘La Bouteille Qui Cartonne’, the new service will have a filling capability of over 1 million bottles per year and marks an important phase in the expansion of the Frugal Bottle in France.

It was a pleasure to be able to promote some of the 30 plus brands already using our bottle in more than 23 countries around the world including Silent Pool DistillersCantina GocciaWhen in RomeAvallen Spirits, Signal 7 Wines and Distillery 98
